This girl was found wandering the streets of Accra’s Cantonments area at about four years old.
She was brought to Osu Children’s Home (OCH) through the Police and Social Welfare.
Naomi is very slender, has an intellectual disability, and also suffers from epilepsy.
She has a food allergy too, which often causes gastrointestinal upsets.
She came to PCC from OCH in the spring of 2025 and according to our estimates, she was about 11 years old at that time.
During her first few months at PCC, she initially seemed a little timid, possibly as a result of the transfer from OCH to PCC.
She also occasionally suffered from gastrointestinal upsets, but fortunately, she quickly recovered and has been doing increasingly well in her new home ever since.
Know that you are very welcome at PCC, Naomi!
